Naomi is a creator, an educator and a lead stylist. She has been a visionary cutting and color technician for over twenty five years, spending the majority of her career on the east side of Seattle area in Bellevue. Over the last 10 years Naomi and her family have settled in the Everett area. Over the years, she has seen trends come and go and she believes in the importance of continuing education to stay current with all the latest trends. Naomi is certified and trained in AVEDA, Bumble & bumble, Redken, Pureology, Hair Dreams Hair Extensions, So-Cap Hair Extensions, Brazilian Gloss, Chi Straightening and Balayagé.

Anna was born and raised in Everett Washington. After completing high school she went to the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute on Capitol Hill. She fell in love with the Aveda environment while attending school and working at the Aveda Experience Center at the Alderwood Mall. She loves color, and of course cutting, but her true passion is up-dos. She loves making her guests feel beautiful for their special occasions or just an average day of running errands.
Alida started her career in cosmetology at the Gary Manuel Aveda Salon Institute in 2009. Through her studies she had the opportunity to create styles for two fashion shows, attend advanced training courses with Aveda and travel over seas to study abroad at the Aveda Institute in London, England. Her interest in hair design is accented by her passion for the arts and her dedication to outstanding customer service. Alida's goal is to bring beauty to the world through well-being, relationship building and creativity.

As a Salon Coordinator, Ninyel is a highly organized, multi-tasker. She has over 12 years experience in providing exceptional customer service. She believes in connecting with clients and taking the client's experience to the highest level. Ninyel has a passion for inner and outer beauty and appreciates the Aveda mission. Ninyel obtained a BA in Anthropology and French from Central Washington University. Raised in Everett, she is a local girl who loves spending time with her new son, family, and friends. She also loves boating, reading and singing.

Barbara is very passionate about holistic skincare and health. She graduated from Greenwood Academy of Hair and Skin in 2006 and specializes in facial treatments and cosmetic applications. She also attended the 2006 Vancouver Spa Convention. After working directly for Aveda, she gained more knowledge about the company's environmental mission and also about the full product line and plant based ingredients. Barbara is also excited to assist guests with finding the right product and helping at the front desk.

Rachel is our Massage Therapist. She grew up on the Washington Peninsula. She has been practicing massage for 5 years. Rachel enjoys practicing Reiki, using crystals and aromatherapy.
Renee has been passionate about hair for 20 years, always moving forward with hair and fashion trends. She has been trained by the industry's top notch educators. She truly takes the time to listen and customize the perfect hair for you. Renee is certified at master level in almost all hair services, including the Brazilian blowout. She is extremely excited to meet her new community in Everett and be part of the Salon Dolche team!

Tiffany is our director of operations. She is responsible for the business side of the Salon. She grew up on Washington’s Peninsula in Seabeck where she studied Art and Science at Olympic College. She enjoys working out and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves the outdoors, especially camping and hiking.
Riley came to Salon Dolche from Gene Juarez in Bellevue. She has over 5 years experience in the industry. She specialized in color, which is her passion! Riley has participated in many hair shows and educational classes. She grew up in West Seattle and loved running on Alki Beach. Riley is very close with her family and enjoys spending her spare time with them.

Ingrid is our Australian transplant! Ingrid graduated from Central Washington University with and Accounting degree. She is now a local girl, living in Washington with her husband and beautiful children.
Aimee has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 6 years. She recently joined the Salon and Spa Dolche team and is excited to continue her education and build her clientele. Aimee’s favorite part of being a stylist is the conversation and time spent in the consultation. She’s very diligent, making sure she is able to visualize the client’s desired style, and create it in a way that makes it easy to reproduce at home. Aimee enjoys finding commonalities in, and drawing inspiration from, a diverse assortment of people. She loves witnessing the glow on a client’s face when their final look comes together perfectly!

Hilary is our dedicated, fun receptionist! She is loyal, ambitious and reliable. Hilary makes the clients experience a joyful one with her light hearted temperament and her determination to make each guest feel at home. Hilary loves the world of fashion and beauty which is obvious in her attitude and attire! Hilary will efficiently take care of each client and take the time to connect with everyone around her. Her skills and personality are highly appreciated at the salon.
Jesyka attended Paul Mitchell “The School” in Sherman Oaks, Ca. After she graduated there, she received her license in 2009, and worked as a stylist in Los Angeles for three years. Specializing in Big, Glamorous, Super-Model Blow dries, and the Infamous Hollywood Blonde. She has worked behind the scenes, and did hair for a BCBG Maxazria Fashion Show, in Beverly Hills. And has also done Hair and Makeup for photo-shoots. When Jesyka isn't behind the chair, she is singing her heart out in the studio, and writing and working on her music. She recently got married this past July in the beautiful Napa Valley.
